Great Granola

½ cup water
½ cup honey
½ cup real maple syrup
¼ cup canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup sunflower seeds
1½ cups unsweetened coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped walnuts
6 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoons cinnamon
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Mix all liquid ingredients and add to dry ingredients, mix well. Spread on a large roasting pan. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes for even browning. Store in refrigerator in airtight container.
Serves 8
Our family likes this mixed with vanilla yogurt or warmed with milk. Also try sprinkling it on top of pancake or waffle batter right after you pour it in the pan.
