Try some of these fun exercises with your kids. Remember to make them fun even silly. Create a sense of competition between you and them to see who can finish first, jump the highest, or do the most. Have fun and enjoy the time spent as a family enjoying fitness.

Jumping Jacks

Balancing on a line

Summersaults

Hopping on one foot

Jumping to touch the sky

Kicking a ball

Throwing a ball to each other

Arm circles

Hop scotch

Skipping

Star jumps

Wheel barrel walk

Stretch while Reaching for the sky

Stretch Reaching for the house

Stretch Reaching for the ground

Balance a beanbag on their head / shoulders / feet, whilst they walk

Ball catching in pairs, or if singular against a wall

Crossing the monkey bars

Running the bases on a baseball field

High Knee steps like a soldier

Jump rope

Create your own obstacle course
